[syslog-ng] Syslog-ng Dies - core dump

When I try to get the info, I get:

falcon#> gdb /opt/syslog-ng/sbin/syslog-ng -c core

"/opt/syslog-ng/core" is not a core dump: File format not recognized
(gdb) bt
No stack.
(gdb) quit
falcon#> file core
