[syslog-ng] syslog-ng 1.4.5

Hi,

For those who have not noticed I silently released syslog-ng 1.4.5,
hopefully getting rid of the memory leak some of you encountered.

So if you had a syslog-ng process using >10M RAM, you should upgrade your
syslog-ng. (The problem was caused by network destinations) There's still
one thing to fix, but I don't think that would be too annoying:

while : ; do killall -HUP syslog-ng; done

This still results in some leaks, but 

while : ; do killall -HUP syslog-ng; sleep 1; done

doesn't.
