[syslog-ng]TCP based Windows syslog client

Howdy Folks,
	I've been looking at syslog clients for windows, and have not yet found
one that can do tcp based logging.  Does anyone know of such a program
(OpenSource/Commercial/Free Software, doesn't matter)?  I'm in the
unfortunate situation of needing to log events from about 100 NT
machines, and would rather not rely upon UDP...  Thank.  -Dan
