[syslog-ng] UDP problems with 1.1.14

I can, but it doesn't seem to matter what the source line is set to -- the
same behavior happens every time a UDP packet is received for the first
time -- so I'm not sure it'd help.  I guess I can try gdb this afternoon
to see if I can figure out where it's going wrong.

An example of a configuration I've used is the example syslog-ng.conf
included with the 1.1.14 source with the "source" line changed from

	source src { unix-stream /dev/log; tcp 0.0.0.0,1999; internal; };

to

	source src { unis-stream /dev/log; udp 0.0.0.0,514; internal; };

and everything else left the same.
