DESCRIPTION:

  A new stable version of syslog-ng Premium Edition (3.0.2a) has been
  released. For latest fixes in the 3.0.x branch you are recommended to
  upgrade to this version.

        Bugfixes:
        * Fixed TZOFFSET macro expansion problem which resulted in -00:00 as
          timezone value if no explicit timezone conversion was specified.
        * Zero sized UDP datagrams were interpreted as end-of-file and the
          listener was incorrectly closed, causing all further syslog
          messages to be dropped. This behavior was fixed.
        * If the kernel lacked inotify support, syslog-ng did not
          fall back to poll-based file monitoring properly on Linux.
          Affects RHEL4 and earlier. This behavior was fixed.
        * Fixed the default value for follow-freq(); in 3.0.2 the default
          value was incorrectly set to 1msec instead of 1sec. Earlier
          versions in the 3.0 branch were behaving correctly.
