Quick question: now that the patch is in Linus' kernel tree, does this mean it will appear in a mainline kernel release soon? How does that process work?
It has been merged in Linus' tree after 2.6.36 was released and it was already present in 2.6.37-rc1, so 2.6.37 will be the first stable release with the patch (and IPv6 support in tproxy) included. Cheers, Krisztian
