[tproxy] TProxy on localhost

Hello, Is it possible to spoof TCP connection's source address on localhost using TProxy and IP_TRANSPARENT socket option? I am trying to do it for few hours now, but connection stalled on SYN_SENT. Same configuration works in LAN, when my tproxy virtual machine is set as default gateway for other host. I tried many sysctl and routing options, but nothing works.
