I am using syslog-ng 3.3.7 compiled on solaris 10 opteron. When I try to run the daemon I get this error..

"iv_port_poll socket operation on non-socket". But this same binary works fine on Soalris 11 opteron. Any ideas on this please, why the error comes...?
