As you can see on Freshports ( https://www.freshports.org/sysutils/syslog-ng314/ ) syslog-ng 3.14 is available now in the FreeBSD ports. Please test it and let us know if you run into any problems with it. We plan to update the syslog-ng metaport to version 3.14 later this week if no blocking problems are found.
