I'm running RH 7.3 and am not able to install from the tarballs.  I've downloaded and attempted this several times, and the results are always the same.  When I do a 'tar zxvf' on either file,

they give the following:

Are there any other sources for these than the balabit website?  Anyone have any other ideas?
