Hi,

The most active developers are currently on holiday, that's why there is no
activity on github. But otherwise, the project very much appreciates
contributions, you do not have to be on GSoC for that :) An XMPP destination
certainly sounds interesting.

If you already have patches, you can post it on this mailing list for review, or
just fork our repository on github.

If you have questions about the development, you can post them here as well, we
do not have a separate devel list.
