Bugfixes

disk-buffer: fixed a bug, which was introduced in 3.33.1, where we
sometimes corrupted the disk-buffer file when it reached full size. (#3726)

syslog-ng is developed as a community project, and as such it relies

on volunteers, to do the work necessarily to produce syslog-ng.
