Hello, 

I'm trying to configure my syslog serveur to receive syslog message from a rsyslog client.

I used something like that : 

Indeed, all works fine except the fact that the port i specify is never used, and it seems that a random port is chosen instead ( at least, it a tcp port ).

Each time I change the port in configuration, another port is chosen.

I checked in netstat that the port I specify is not already used, so it's another problem.

Can somebody help me ?
