No, version 2.1 does not support AMQP. There are syslog-ng 3.6 and 3.7
packages for EL6 on Copr, which supports AMQP:

https://copr.fedoraproject.org/coprs/czanik/syslog-ng37epel6/
There are some CentOS 5 RPMs for syslog-ng 3.6, but I don't know if it
also contains AMQP support (I did not check yet, as I don't have EL5
available): https://github.com/otto802/syslog-ng-rpmbuild I plan to
create EL5 packages in Copr based on it, with as many features enabled
as possible, but I have no time frame for it.
