This behavior was fixed. * If the kernel lacked inotify support, syslog-ng did not fall back to poll-based file monitoring properly on Linux. Affects RHEL4 and earlier. This behavior was fixed. * Fixed the default value for follow-freq(); in 3.0.2 the default value was incorrectly set to 1msec instead of 1sec.
