[syslog-ng-announce] Download location change

Dear syslog-ng users, The download location for syslog-ng sources is being changed due to internal web reorganization. In the future, syslog-ng sources will be available from: http://www.balabit.com/products/syslog-ng/sources/ instead of the old download location.
