looks fine in your configs. Syslog outputs stats every 10 minutes by
default, and from your configuration, should end up in
/var/log/messages. These stats will show how many messages were sent to
each destination, and received from each source. Or if there's
problems, it'll show how many messages were dropped.<br>

<pre wrap="">I am attempting to set up a test syslog-ng server in a VM farm. I run CentOS 5.5 and Syslog-ng OSE 2.1.4. My VMs can ping each other and ssh to and from each other. The firewalls are off. Yet I still can only locally log for both server and client, the server doesn't see my clients logs at all.
Attached are my server and client configuration files.
