I have a question regarding how syslog-ng treats &quot;priority&quot; and &quot;level&quot; value from the logs. According to RFC, &quot;priority&quot; is different than &quot;level&quot;. However, it appears to me that syslog-ng use &quot;level&quot; value for &quot;priority&quot; as well. <BR>
My questions are:<BR>
1. Is that true that syslog-ng use &quot;level&quot; value for &quot;priority&quot; as well?<BR>
2. Is there a reason behind this behavior?<BR>
3. Is there a plan to change/fix this?<BR>
