[syslog-ng] GSoC 2015 Language binding project

Hey,
I was looking through the GSoC projects and I really liked the syslog-ng 's
language binding project. I wonder if it would be good in C++ language or
do you want it in a different language. I would really like to do it, but I
only know C and C++ languages.
