[syslog-ng] Time zone problem in Mongodb driver

That's because the driver does not support the option at all, and as
such, from the syslog-ng point of view, it is a syntax error. If you
could file an issue in BugZilla[1], that would be great, as I won't
forget about it by the next time I work on the MongoDB destination.
