[syslog-ng] "Illegal seek" with file("/proc/net/xt_recent/violators")

Hi,

There's an implementation of the procfile destination in 3.6/f/procfile
branch on github.

I'd like some feedback before integrating it, but I'll send my questions
in a separate email.
