this problem is fixed in syslog-ng 3.0. the problem is that loggen is linked against unnecessary libraries, so you can work around the issue by
copy-pasting the link command line and remove -lfl and -lwrapper from the command line. there are still unneeded libraries listed there, but 
those two should fix the problem (-lpthread, -ldoor and -levtlog can also be removed)

I would prefer not to touch syslog-ng OSE 2.0 unless a serious problem occurs, therefore I resolve this bug as WONTFIX.
