[syslog-ng] Please help.........Its very URGENT-----Output logs contains double line for each process

Hi,

    I m getting the logs according the Hostname.....but there is a problem...I m getting  two lines for every process in the logs...

Following is the example for the same......

Dec  8 19:09:10 nic-761c892613c/nic-761c892613c nfs: Shutting down NFS services:  succeeded

Please check the above output and suggest me the changes to be made in the syslog-ng.conf file so as to get the proper output of the log.......
